We offer 1 on 1 sessions designed to ensure you are fully informed of your legal and clinical options during pregnancy and birth. It is our missions to make sure you can confidently exercise your right to make autonomous decisions for yourself and your baby.  We offer specialized private consultations designed for couples and individuals navigating intimacy challenges during the perinatal and postpartum phases, or just in general. We offer a safe, evidence-based space to address shifts in desire, physical changes, and communication hurdles, helping you reclaim a vibrant connection and strengthen the foundation of your family or personal self confidence in the bedroom. 

Our Life Coaching services are designed to help you achieve personal clarity, navigate major transitions, and create a powerful vision for your future. Whether you are seeking balance in work and family, building better habits, or redefining your purpose, we provide the tools and accountability necessary to transform your aspirations into reality. 

• Doula care (full labor/delivery, 2 prenatal visits, 1 postpartum visit)
• 1 Birth Right Consultation
• 3 Coaching/Therapy Sessions (This can be towards Sex Therapy OR Life Coach)
• Virtual Support (unlimited e-mail, text support during final month of pregnancy)

• Doula Care (full labor/delivery, 3 prenatal visits, 2 postpartum visits)
• 1 Class (Childbirth Education or Postpartum Prep)
• 1 Birth Right Consultation 
• 6 Coach/Therapy Sessions (Sex Therapy AND Life Coach)
• Virtual Support (unlimited text/phone support from 32 weeks onward)

• Everything listed in the Throne Package above
• 10 hours of dedicated postpartum doula hours for newborn care/rest. Must be scheduled in split increments 
• 3 extra Coaching/Therapy Sessions (focusing on long term goal work)
• Virtual Support (unlimited postpartum support or 3 months)
