Hello, I am Crystal—the Founder and CEO of Crown Your Birth and the voice behind #CrystalsCounsel.

For over a decade, I have served as a dedicated Motivational Speaker and advocate, sharing transformative "nuggets of wisdom" that have empowered thousands. My commitment to transparency and community leadership has been recognized through features in eight different local publications, cementing my role as a trusted authority in holistic health, and maternal rights.

A Multidisciplinary Approach to Care:

With over 16 years of experience in the holistic field, I bridge the gap between clinical precision and compassionate care. My expertise is built upon a foundation of extensive, continuous training—ranging from DONA International birth work to a robust legal background that informs my advocacy for birth rights and patient autonomy. My practice is further deepened by advanced training in Psychological Sciences from Yale University, and trauma-related disorders through the American Psychological Association (APA), specialized certification in Psychological First Aid from John Hopkins University, and advanced studies in Integrated Pelvic Floor Health and Function via Niel Asher Education, allowing me to integrate evidence-based strategies that foster resilience, emotional flourishing, and a deeper understanding of the human mind during major life transitions. 

As a Board-Certified Clinical Herbalist, Full-Spectrum Maternal Support Practitioner, and Childbirth Educator, I provide evidence-based guidance for the physical transition into parenthood. Understanding that this journey is equally emotional and relational, I offer integrated support as a Certified Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Sex Therapy Practitioner (non-clinical).
