Hello, my name is Crystal, and I am the founder and CEO of Crown Your Birth, and I am also a certified Full-Spectrum Maternal Support Practitioner, Childbirth Educator,  certified Life Coach, certified Sex Therapy Practitioner, certified Trauma Informed Coach, and Motivational Speaker. I am a wife and Mother of 3 beautiful children. I've been in the holistic field for over 16 years, doing my birth work training through DONA and a plethora of continuous training through other avenues.  I want to personally welcome you to a space where your journey to motherhood—and beyond—is treated with the knowledge, dignity, and care you deserve. 

I created Crown Your Birth because I believe every woman has the right to feel like the Monarch of her own experience. I know firsthand as a mother myself that birth is not just a physical event; it's a powerful transformation that touches every aspect of who you are, the relationships around you, and your outlook on life. 

That's why we've built something truly unique: a place where expert, evidence-based birth support meets deep personal wellness.
